Look, Ma-- No Hands!

Today was a lazy, rainy, and generally uneventful Monday, but there was one item worth mentioning: Alex is starting to sit unsupported! He isn't yet sitting for extended periods of time, but he can sit by himself long enough for Mommy to grab the camera and take a picture:

On a more somber note, today was also the 5-year "terriversary" of the 9/11 attacks. We can only pray that our children will grow up in a world where they don't have to worry about such horrific acts.
